Avenaut connects Claude, Anthropic's AI, directly to Triumph ERP. It works with your real Triumph data, safely, to take over jobs that used to take days, or that never got done. What we've built
• Goods labels without the Crystal Reports pain: a simple web page that prints stock labels straight to a network label printer, with no page sizes, default printers or remote desktop driver problems. Scan or search a stock code, or pick a delivery that has just been receipted, and the page splits it into shelf stock, customer orders and transfers to other stores, labelling each one correctly.
• Stock file clean-ups: thousands of stock codes reviewed for duplicates, renames and merges, with checks before and after so nothing goes missing.
• Daily cash flow forecasting: your live debtors and creditors from Triumph, combined with regular payments and wages estimates, giving a day-by-day forecast of money in and out.
• Reports and dashboards from your Triumph data, including point of sale figures that standard reports don't reach.
• Pricing updates and reconciliations: supplier price files, customer special pricing and remittance matching, prepared for import into Triumph.
Safe by design
• Read-only by default. Our tools read from Triumph through its official API, or with read-only database access. Changes go through Triumph's own import routines.
• Runs on your premises. The tools we build run on your own server or a small device on site. Your data stays in your business, and day-to-day use doesn't depend on an AI service.
• Documented for your IT team: accounts, ports, certificates and how it all fits together.

On-premises Triumph gives us the most to work with, including read-only database access. On Triumph Cloud, our tools work through the Triumph API.

Frequently asked questions
Can Claude connect to Triumph ERP?
Yes. Claude works with Triumph through the Triumph REST API and, on on-premises Triumph, read-only access to the Triumph database. We build the connection and the tools around it to suit your business.
Is it safe to give AI access to our ERP?
The tools we build are read-only by default: a read-only database account and API reads. Any changes, such as price updates or stock code clean-ups, go through Triumph's own import routines, and only after you've checked them.
Does it work with Triumph Cloud?
Yes, through the Triumph API. A few features, such as splitting goods received by customer order and store, need database access, so they suit on-premises Triumph best.
Can we print Triumph labels without Crystal Reports?
Yes. Our label page sends labels straight to a network label printer, such as a Honeywell or Zebra, with no Windows printer driver, so page size and remote desktop printing problems go away. Staff scan or search a stock code, or pick a delivery, and print.
Do we need new hardware or software?
Usually not. The tools run on your existing server, or on a small, inexpensive device on site, alongside Triumph.
How long does it take?
Often days rather than weeks. Our goods label system, including labels for goods received split by customer order and store, went from first idea to running on a client's server in about a day.
